John J. Doucette

I am pleased to announce effective September 1, 2018 John J. Doucette is our new State Director for Pennsylvania. John holds two master’s degrees, one in Administration of Justice, and the other in Homeland Security, both from Wilmington University.

He is a career police officer, Emergency Medical Technician, EMT Instructor, and ambulance driver. Interesting fact, he worked for the United Nations as a police officer and was part of the UN peace keeping force in Kosovo, Yugoslavia in 2002/3.

Prior to being appointed to State Director of Pennsylvania John was Chief Investigator (CI) for the state.  Please join me in congratulating John on his promotion to State Director.

And a big thank you to Fred Saluga for being the acting State Director for PA the past 17 months. Fred will continue as ASD for PA during the transition. Thank you, Fred!
